As it seems that only spammers add entries to the guestbook (I have to delete 1-2 spam messages every day), I have decided to make it read-only.

I bought a PVR1001XS, without a harddrive. I formated a 160gb with FAT32. I installed the drive and now I am getting an error "NOT FIND X12262" and the DVD disc will not open. I have what I believe to be the latest firmware "C1A1F2SM.AKI". I have burned it to a CD but the darn DVD Drive will not open. I have writen to the German eBayer I bought it from in hope of getting some support, but the SOB will not even return my emails. Soooo, I am very frustrated  Does anyone know what the above error means?Ron  ip: logged |

Hi, Good to see someone is out there helping others. I thought I would just say that the Sigmatek PVR 800 appears to be another clone. The original manufacturer appears to be AKI Digital as they have the same player on their site in China. My Sigmatek works just great with none of the problems the NorthQ player suffers from. I wonder if the firmware would be of benefit, maybe you know if it works or not? Good luck. Natalie  ip: logged |
