Setup Menu

Here are all the setup menu choices of the EuroLine 6620 and United 3151 with a short explanation.

SETUP MENU - MAIN PAGE

If you enter the "GENERAL SETUP" menu, the options below will be displayed.

TV DISPLAY: Selects the aspect ratio of the playback picture. NORMAL/PS: pan & scan display. NORMAL/LB: letterbox display. WIDE: widescreen display.
TV TYPE: Selects the type of television. MULTI: automatic self-select television sets. NTSC: NTSC television sets. PAL: PAL television sets.
PIC MODE: Select the picture mode. AUTO: ? HI-RES: ? N-FLICKER: ?
ANGLE MARK: Viewing angles change option. ON: OFF:
OSD LANG: Selects a language for on-screen-display
AUDIO OUT: Select audio output.
CAPTIONS: This is to turn on/off captions.
SCR SAVER: This is to turn on/off screen saver.
MAIN PAGE: Return to the Main Page.

SETUP MENU - MAIN PAGE

If you enter the "SPEAKER SETUP" menu, the options below will be displayed..

DOWNMIX:

Selects audio properties.

LT/RT: 2ch output, main channel with surround.
STEREO: 2ch output, main right channel with right surround; main left channel with left surround.

Return to the Main Page.

If you enter the "DOLBY DIGITAL SETUP" menu, the options below will be displayed.

OP MODE Operational mode setup. LINE OUT: Line out mode, with digital dialog normalization. RF REMOD: RF remodulation mode, with heavy compression and digital dialog normalization.
DUAL MONO: Reproduction mode, used only when the input consists of two independent audio channels (1/1 mode). STEREO: Reproduce booth channels as is. L-MONO: Reproduce the left channel only. R-MONO: Reproduce the right channel only. MIX-MONO: Mix both channels.
DYNAMIC: Dynamic range compression.
MAIN PAGE: Return to the Main Page.

SETUP MENU - MAIN PAGE

If you enter the "PREFERENCES" menu, the options below will be displayed.

AUDIO: Selects a language for audio (if available).
SUBTITLE: Selects a language for subtitles (if available). No subtitles are displayed after selecting "OFF".
DISC MENU: Selects language for title menus or DVD menus (if available).
PARENTAL [DVD only]: This is to disable the playing of specified DVD's which are unsuitable for children. Some DVD's are encoded with specific rating levels. If the rating level of the disc is higher than that present in this menu, playback of the disc will be prohibited.
PASSWORD [DVD only]: Selects the "PASSWORD CHANGE" page.

PASSWORD CHANGE:

Changes the parental password.

OLD PASSWORD: Enter old password (factory setting is 3308).
NEW PASSWORD: Enter the new password (4 digits from the remote control).
CONFIRM PWD: Confirm the new password by entering it again.

MAIN PAGE:

Return to the Main Page.

If you select "EXIT SETUP", the player will leave the Setup Menu.
